Mary McCormack was an American actress who is famous for her performances as a main character on TV programs like "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Mary McCormack has been renowned for her work in the movies 'Private Parts and 'Deep Impact' True Crime, along with 1408'. McCormack was born to the owner of an ice cream shop and a clinical psychologist. Her family has no connections to the entertainment industry. She was a student at Wardlaw-Hartridge School, and following the separation of both parents, in 1990 she enrolled at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut and eventually graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in comparative studies. When she was 12 She began acting in an production of the Christmas opera "Amahl and the Night Visitors". The actress continued her performances in the theatre, and eventually landed roles on the screen with a small size and on the large.
