Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) is the mother of Wayne David Cardellini (a successful businessman). Linda is Italian (from paternal grandsons), Irish (from a mother), German and English. After her character as Lady Rose MacClare in the period drama series Downton Abbey (2012-2015), her first big break came in the title role in the fantasy film Cinderella (2015). James then played the role of the Countess Natasha Rostova, in the television version of War & Peace, in 2016. She also appeared in a number of films. This includes the action film Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) as well as the musicals Mamma Mia! and Here We Go Again (2018) and Yesterday (2019). The actress was nominated for the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 in her role as Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
